CONTROL DE CALIDAD DE PRE-PRODUCCIÓN DE REPUESTOS DE TESLA TECHNICS

Comprobación de la resistencia de la estructura en diferentes condiciones de temperatura desde -40º hasta +50º.

Prueba de vibración: aceleración 15G, 10Hz ~ 1000Hz, durante 8 horas.

Prueba continua del alternador instalado en el banco durante 1000 horas a una temperatura de 95 grados centígrados.

Prueba de arranque: para turismos 10.000 arranques; para vehículos comerciales 20.000 arranques.

Pruebas secundarias para la obtención de certificados internacionales de estándares de calidad IS009001. TS16949. IS014001.
